Northwood's Brown commits to Campbell

Northwood lineman Dalton Brown verbally committed Wednesday to play football at Campbell.
"I picked Campbell because, when I went on the visit, the atmosphere seemed to be like no other, the facilities are a lot nicer than people would think, the coaches are straight forward and have the program heading in the right direction, and the players that I met with and hung out with were like a close family," Brown said.
Brown, a member of the Class of 2011, was an all-conference and All-OT selection this past season.
The academics at Campbell were also very attractive to Brown.
"The school itself has a good reputation with its academics and students," Brown said. "I realized after my visit that the school as a whole was just the right place for me."
Brown also had a walk on offer from Elon, and a second offer from Wingate.
