Roman cheese is Basically, instead of using the elbow pasta, which is the traditional used for the Mac and cheese I use the Roman knows the name of this notice is the moment which is a thicker type of notice but still ramen. I used that one instead of the Alba notice. Um, I use a roasted peppers sharp cheddar cheese uncle, which is a Japanese breadcrumbs. On Friday on the side, I had a little bit off Asian slaw. Just there is a very popular dish, uh, fried fried Japanese dish called Karachi. So this dishes consist off bonus time. It marinated on sock a ginger. Sources on I got it on potato starch on Friday. So what I did on this stage basically adding dip on anything, so it's a whole correlate. I do the same process off marinating on sake. Ginger show their sources. Andi fried on what? Their starch. What? I need the most of what I'm gonna miss most on this year. State fair. You know, since we have all these and they were going on is basically the I hope it doesn't sound weird, but you say actually smell off the food. You know, when you walk uh huh. On on on on between people. And you have fried chicken vendor on this side. Foreign skewers, funnel cake. Oh, barbecue. So all those smells when you walk through that line is just economy is the most. It's just It's just so nice. But also again people. I don't mean much, right? I'm meteorologist K Campbell in the wr a severe weather center. Another day of above normal temperatures as highs climbed into the low to mid eighties. The big difference, the humidity, I am sure you noticed it outside. It's feeling more humid. Dew points were in the upper sixties throughout much of the day. We're going to be in that humid category on the muggy meter through Wednesday and then perhaps actually climbing a bit Thursday ahead of a cold front before we see a huge crash, how humid it feels outside by the time we get to the weekend. So some good news there, the humidity, it's not going to last all the way through the summer. We've got a spring like break ahead for the weekend, but it's feeling like summer during the week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, highs are in the upper eighties to lower nineties with the high humidity and each day does come with a chance for some scattered thunderstorms. So let's talk about that chance. It looks like Tuesday. It's actually early in the morning that we may have the best chance of storms, very icy activity during the afternoon and then perhaps a brief uptick later in the evening. Once we get to Wednesday, this model in particular tends to be overdone two days in advance. But you get the point, some scattered storms develop late in the day. And then Thursday, we don't yet have a high resolution model of data available for. But given that we have this approaching cold front to help lift the air that provides the mechanism of the mechanism for storms to form in the first place. And then it's going to be so hot, so humid that we've got plenty of energy for those storms to strengthen and perhaps become severe. So we're thinking it'll be a bit more widespread. Thursday. There is a level one out of five threat for severe weather, Tuesday and Wednesday. So a low threat and then Thursday, we don't yet have which risk level will be under determined. However, we're in the area already highlighted to be placed under some kind of risk for Thursday forecast rainfall over the next five days, about half an inch to an inch of rain will be possible. Watering forecasts, you can see we've got a chance of storms in through Friday and then I think will be dry during the day. Saturday. There is a small chance of a shower thunderstorm this Saturday night into Sunday morning for Mother's Day. So of course, we'll keep an eye on that for you as you plan ahead for Mother's Day weekend during the week. It's feeling like summer, hot, humid storm chances each day. We've got changes in store for the weekend and lows could dip back down to 50 by Saturday morning.
