   Victim of motorcycle wreck was ConAgra employee

   The Human Resources department at ConAgra Foods confirmed that the man killed in a wreck on N.C. Highway 42 and Rock Service Station Road Tuesday was an employee there.
2. Three I-40 East lanes to be closed Tuesday night

   The lane closure will go from Exit 297 onto Lake Wheeler Road to Exit 299 onto Hammond Road. The closure will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and last until 6 a.m. Wednesday.
3. N.C. gas-tax cap disappears July 1

   Beginning July 1, the cap on North Carolina's gasoline tax will become the tax base, and there will be no limit to how high it can go.
4. Wake DMV offices to start mailing licenses
