RALEIGH, N.C. — I just turned 50! How in the world did that happen? And who the heck is that person looking back at me in the mirror?

This week, I recorded a special episode of the Out and About Podcast that takes you into the world of anti-aging treatments and procedures. I am joined by Amelia Aesthetics' Plastic Surgery and Skincare educator Gretta Nance.

I have never had anything injected into my face, but I am starting to reconsider that decision. I will research the most conservative steps for aging the aging process. Her anti-aging advice may surprise you - it surprised me!
