The charges were related to a Nov. 6 incident at the school. He was arrested by Rolesville police on Nov. 27 and charged with a felony sex offense with a child younger than the age of 15 stemming from the same incident.

Fields appeared in court on Friday. A judge set his bond at $150,000.

Fields was also arrested Nov. 16 in Johnston County after he was found in a car with a 14-year-old girl. He was charged with three counts of third-degree sexual exploitation, according to warrants. He was also accused of having videos on his phone of a 14-year-old girl.

In December, he was issued additional child sex charges, including taking indecent liberties with a student linked to his Nov. 16 arrest.

Rolesville Charter Academy said Fields was fired in November. WRAL News reached out to learn what position Fields held and how long. We have not yet heard back.
