Made by Mom Gift Guide: Shirts That Go (with special reader discount!)
Nick Morgan, the father of two in Chapel Hill, created shirts with detailed renderings of trains and other vehicles when his older son asked for "trains without faces."
Posted — UpdatedMorgan, a lover of all things transportation himself, couldn't find any good options online. So he decided to come up with something on his own. His T-shirts feature realistic looking vehicles in motion, including a Carolina blue (and traditional red) fire truck, a bulldozer pushing rocks right off the shirt and a steam train.
Things have been going well for Morgan since we last heard from him. He's added about six more designs, including a pirate ship and a motorcycle. And he's getting good reviews from bloggers and others across the country. A map of the United States hanging in his office is dotted with dozens of pins, each representing a sale, a review or a repeat customer.
And Morgan has offered Go Ask Mom readers a special discount - 10 percent off the order of one T-shirt! Just type code "goaskmom" at checkout.
