We're wrapping up our Made by Mom Gift Guide, a guide to unique products made by local moms, today with (what my husband has been calling) our token dad. He's Nick Morgan, owner and creator of Shirts That Go, T-shirts with truck, car, train and other transportation-related designs on them.
I first wrote about Morgan back in April. He's a Chapel Hill father of two who began creating the shirts to satisfy his older son's desire for "trains without faces." His son was outgrowing Thomas trains and was looking for more detailed renderings of trains and other vehicles.

Morgan, a lover of all things transportation himself, couldn't find any good options online. So he decided to come up with something on his own. His T-shirts feature realistic looking vehicles in motion, including a Carolina blue (and traditional red) fire truck, a bulldozer pushing rocks right off the shirt and a steam train.

Things have been going well for Morgan since we last heard from him. He's added about six more designs, including a pirate ship and a motorcycle. And he's getting good reviews from bloggers and others across the country. A map of the United States hanging in his office is dotted with dozens of pins, each representing a sale, a review or a repeat customer.

The T-shirts can be ordered on the Shirts That Go website and come in sizes 2 to 12 and are long or short sleeves. They start at $22 a piece and Morgan offers discounts when you order more than one shirt. Shipping is free on all orders, a great bonus.

And Morgan has offered Go Ask Mom readers a special discount - 10 percent off the order of one T-shirt! Just type code "goaskmom" at checkout.

Watch the video to learn more about Morgan and see some of his shirts.
