For those of you looking to get out of the house, Kazoom Puppet Theatre will have shows at 10 a.m. and 11:10 a.m. on Wednesday.

The fun show, great for kids ages 2 to 7, features puppets, songs, stories and more. Tickets are $5 for the show at ComedyWorx on Peace Street near downtown Raleigh.

The show will celebrate imaginary creatures like dragons and uniforms.

Worth noting before you go: Parking can be tight. It's OK to both double and triple park in the lot. You do not need a reservation (unless you're coming with a large group of 10 or more). Just show up. Bring a sweater. The theater can be chilly. And bring a letter for Bartlet, the puppet star of the show. Kids can bring in drawings and simple letters and slip them into a mailbox on stage. They will be read during the show.
