18-year-old pleads guilty in Raleigh slaying
Broderick Sherrod Rowland, one of the men injured in a shooting on Angelus Drive, now faces charges in the incident.
Posted — UpdatedBroderick Sherrod Rowland, who was injured in the shooting, pleaded guilty in the death of Curtis Edward Dow, 23, on Angelus Drive. Maurice Muntez Griffis, 25, was also injured.
Rowland pleaded guilty to charges of second-degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. He was sentenced to between 170 months and 213 months in prison.
Anthony Edward Gross-Pruitt, 21, also faces charges of murder, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in the case.
