RALEIGH, N.C. — The building that houses rotisserie chicken restaurant Mami Nora's in north Raleigh has been sold again.

The space was bought for $2.95 million in March 2023 by Cook Out Zebulon Inc., according to Wake County property records. On April 12, Hanna Properties Two LLC purchased the space for the same price. The purchase includes the Mami Nora's location at 2401 Wake Forest Road and the adjoining space at 2403 Wake Forest Road, according to property records.

Hanna Properties Two LLC's office is listed as 2407 Wake Forest Road, according to filings with the state secretary of state's office. That space is next door to the purchased Mami Nora's property and houses used car dealership Hanna Imports. The similarly named Hanna Properties LLC owns Hanna Imports.

This is the final Mami Nora's restaurant in the Triangle area.
