Biscuit Belly sets opening date in Raleigh
Biscuit Belly, a fast-casual breakfast concept revolving around large biscuit sandwiches, will open on Tuesday, April 30.

Biscuit Belly was started by former pharmacists turned restaurateurs Chad and Lauren Coulter. The couple had already launched a wine and tapas concept when they decided to focus on breakfast and brunch restaurant ideas.
The restaurant now has eight locations in Kentucky, Indiana, Georgia, Virginia and Alabama. Locations are also opening this year in South Carolina.
