Just a quick reminder that the N.C. Museum of Art's monthly Growga Yoga sessions are continuing into 2021.

These free programs are for kids ages 6 and up. Kids experience movement, mindfulness, and connection through fun and engaging virtual Growga programming, according to the description. The 30-minute class is inspired by the museum's collection and incorporates games, yoga and basic mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing and relaxation.

The next one is set for 4 p.m., Jan. 25. More information is on the museum's website. It's free, but space is limited, so it's best to sign up sooner than later.
Growga is a Triangle-based business that helps schools, community groups and businesses bring yoga and mindfulness to those they serve.
