Durham, N.C. — The gameday experience at Cameron Indoor Stadium is about to get a significant upgrade.
The historic venue will gain a modern video presentation in time for the 2024-2025 basketball season. Duke is partnering with Daktronics to design, build and install a three-display configuration over center court.
The system will have a digital canvas with 900 square feet of space, more than double the previous scoreboard, and will be bolstered by a three-display configuration wrapping around the structure.
The main video display measures approximately 11.5 feet high by 59 feet around while the lower ring measures 2.5 feet high by 52.5 feet around. Another ring display will be visible for fans sitting closer to the action.
