— A Raleigh man was arrested over the weekend after police say he used a 7-, 10- and 12-year-old to steal from a local department store.

Dana Lee Lemon, 33, of 1818 Fountain Drive, faces several charges, including three misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile after he allegedly got the children to steal clothes from Macy's at Triangle Town Center.

Lemon was in the Wake County Detention Center under a $13,000 bond Sunday night.

I did find a new crowd, thanks for your concern. Notice I used the past tense.

My point still stands. Theft and murder are two very different crimes. It's illogical to assume a petty thief is also a murderer.

"I know plenty of people that have stolen stuff, and none of them have committed murder."

If you know "plenty of people" who have stolen stuff, maybe it's time to find a new crowd to hang out with.

That's a big leap to go from theft to murder. I know plenty of people that have stolen stuff, and none of them have committed murder.

WRAL...could you maybe include the other charges? Are any of them felonies?
