Prayers for all who work @Duke and who are patients. My son is having Open Heart Surgery next Friday there. They are all amazing and I thank God for them!! RPI sorry for your loss. Please all who read this pray for good outcome for my son. Thank you all and thank you DUKE!!

Great job! I heard "Jake" on the radio with his last joke and then giving his joke book for a price. I think everyone was shocked and crying when you received $50,000 for the joke book. It is good to know that Duke Children's Hospital is there for the families that need it. It is also good that so many people - in this tough economy - found ways to donate.

Awesome job supporting a great cause.

Sorry for your loss Sac Fly. I hope his parents are hanging in there as best they can.

It breaks your heart to see kids sick and have to go through the things they do. To be robbed of a normal childhood life style that each is deserved to have. Sometimes it can happen so quickly. This was the case with my nephew. One Christmas he was fine and then right after New Years he was discovered to have a brain tumor. A year and a half later he lost his battle and pasted away last October. But through that time he was a regular at Duke Children's Hospital. Everyone over there is amassing with what they do. We are truly blessed to have people like them.
