Goldboro Nabs Five in Meth Bust

Four of the suspects are from Dudley and the other is from Goldsboro.

Five more suspects have been arrested in conjunction with the on-going “Pop-A-Smurf” investigation by the Goldsboro Wayne Drug Squad, authorities announced Wednesday.

Andrea Beth Howard, 23, of 116 Butler Road in Dudley, was charged with possession of precursor chemicals and probation violation. She was held on $100,000 bond.

Sheila Tucker Coor, 48, of 569 Paradise Lane, was charged with possession of precursor chemicals and exceeding precursor limits and held on $100,000 bond.

Christopher Scott Byrd, 24, of 2096 Emmaus Church Road, was charged with possession of precursor chemicals and held on $116,000 bail.

Andy Lee Grady, 45, of 700 N. Claiborne Street in Goldsboro, was charged with possession of precursor chemicals in Wayne County. Grady also faces drug charges in Johnston County. His bond was set at $131,000.

Willie Butts, 36, of 4109 Arrington Bridge Road in Dudley, was charged with possession of precursor chemicals and had bond set at $25,000.
