Of course, it's hard for parents and kids to play together when us adults have our nose in our smartphone.
Kidzu, which is inside University Place in Chapel Hill, is offering the deal from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28. Admission for adults is usually $8.50.
Surveys and studies have found that smartphones are changing the way families interact with each other, and there are plenty of reasons for parents to put down the phone.
