Triangle YMCAs preview programs, offer deals on Healthy Families Day
The free family event is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., April 26, at branches across the Triangle.

The free family event is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., April 26, at branches across the Triangle. During the day, staff will preview summer day camp activities, offer swim band testing at most branches (which is important if your child is attending YMCA camp), and hold family fitness classes and other activities.
If you join the Y on April 26, you'll get two free personal training sessions. And if you sign up for summer day camp now through April 26, you will be entered to win one week of summer day camp free.
