Marney Whitney, a local mom and longtime children's yoga instructor, is sharing her expertise online — offering videos on her YouTube channel for kids, families and teens and regular updates to her Facebook page.

The online classes feature tips about both yoga and mindfulness, both helpful activities during these very stressful times.

She's also offering regular live sessions on her Facebook page.
Whitney has worked with kids — from preschool to middle school — across the Triangle through a variety of special classes and events. Those programs, of course, are usually in person, but, during the covid-19 crisis, she's also moved those online through Zoom. More information about how to sign up for those is available via her Facebook page.
