Search continues for missing Roxboro boater
Person County authorities haven't given up on finding a missing boater who disappeared when his canoe capsized on a lake nearly two weeks ago.

Sheriff Dewey Jones said that crews were searching Mayo Lake and the surrounding area Sunday for 32-year-old Chad Lee Napier. Sonar has also been used in the search, which has been going on since Jan. 31.
Napier was boating with another man when their canoe capsized. Jones said the other man made it back to shore and called for help, but Napier, who was said to be an expert swimmer, hasn't been seen since.
Jones said that although investigators can't definitely rule out foul play, he has no reason to suspect it.
