RALEIGH, N.C. — I have fun recipe for a holiday drink to impress your guests! It’s one of my favorites because it brings one of my favorite drinks into the winter months. It’s called an Apple Cider Mimosa and it’s delicious as it sounds! This drink was a HIT at Thanksgiving so I figured I would share.
Here’s the recipe
  • 1 oz Brandy or Rum
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 3 oz Apple Cider
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 sprig of Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Take a small plate or bowl, stir together the sugar and cinnamon.

In a small shallow bowl wet the rim using water or apple cider and then quickly dip the rim into the sugary mixture!

Next pour 1 ounce of Brandy, 2 ounces of Prosecco and 3 ounces of apple cider into your glass.

Stir

Garnish with 2 Cinnamon sticks and Rosemary

Please drink responsibly.
