Raleigh lines up two weekends of holiday-themed drive-in movies

The Grinch, Elf and more will be screened.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh parks is offering two weekends of holiday-themed drive-in movies in December.

Tickets are just $5 per car and can be purchased online via Raleigh's RecLink online registration system. Refreshments will be available for purchase from food trucks. Guests will need to follow physical distancing guidelines and wear masks when they leave their designated parking space.

Gates open at 5:30 p.m. for each movie. Movies begin at 7 p.m.

Friday, Dec. 4: The Grinch

Where Spring Forest Road Park, 4203 Spring Forest Rd.

Saturday, Dec. 5: Elf

Where: Spring Forest Road Park

Friday, Dec. 11: It's a Wonderful Life

Where: Anderson Point Park, 20 Anderson Point Park. Raleigh

Saturday, Dec. 12: The Polar Express
