Posted January 18, 2011 8:59 p.m. EST

Last week, Cathy Hedgepeth of Triangle Parenting Support shared some advice on sibling rivalry. And she is back for more today with tips on how to reduce it.

It can be as simple as just being there while your kids are playing together and making sure you're spending enough one-on-one time with each child, Hedgepeth tells me. Learn about these and other tips in the video.

Hedgepeth is a licensed psychological associate and licensed school psychologist who worked as a counselor at Wake County's Project Enlightenment for 22 years. Triangle Parenting Support, which focuses on kids ages 0 to 10, offers counseling, workshops and more to parents and kids across the Triangle.

This wraps up our series of tips from the experts at Triangle Parenting Support. Check the box for more. And go to Triangle Parenting Support's website for more about what they offer, including details on a Jan. 25 workshop titled "Raising a Responsible Child."

Thanks you Cathy, Dee and Lynne for sharing your expertise with us!
