NC parents want marijuana oil for children with seizures

Zora Carlin had her first seizure when she was 6 months old. Her parents cried and prayed, but the horrifying sight soon became a regular occurrence as the girl began suffering up to 40 seizures a day. Five years later, Zora's parents say they are hoping a marijuana plant oil can help their daughter - an oil that is illegal in North Carolina.
