CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C. — Cumberland County sheriff's deputies need your help to search for a man wanted in connection with a series of breaking and entering cases.
Warrants are out for 37-year-old James Paul Foster II. Authorities say Foster has a severe injury to his right eye and a puncture wound to the left side of his neck.
