<b>RALEIGH</b> — Congressman Bob Etheridge says Midway is clearly entitled to at least $12 million of the federal government's bail-out program.

Etheridge says according to guidelines just released, Midway can also apply for up to $28 million of guaranteed loans as part of the program.

Midway officials say that is good news and they are still going through the paperwork.
