DURHAM, N.C. — The Triangle will get a third IMAX theater later this month when a new auditorium opens at The Streets at Southpoint in Durham.
The theater will open with the fourth installment of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" series, “On Stranger Tides,” May 20 at 7 p.m.
The theater will hold up to 358 guests who can watch 3D movies from rocking seats on a screen that measures more than 62 feet across.
