Restaurant donates to Broughton High athletic booster club

RALEIGH, N.C. — In conjunction with its 200th store opening and first in Raleigh, restaurant Noodles & Company helped raise $3,400 for the Broughton High School Booster Club, officials said.

Noodles & Company, the globally inspired noodle restaurant, officially opened its Raleigh store, at 403 Daniels St. at Clark Ave. in Cameron Village, on Nov. 13. The location is the fifth Noodles & Company in North Carolina.

A pre-opening fundraiser was held Nov. 12 to benefit the Broughton High School Booster Club, which works to support Broughton High School Athletics.
