FUQUAY-VARINA, N.C. — Just a very quick post to share that there's a new indoor place to play in Fuquay-Varina.

The Playhouse Children's Museum opened in early December. It offers drop-in play, memberships, birthday parties and more.

According to its Facebook page, activities are geared for children ages 1 to 10. The space includes a dedicated toddler section, STEM activities and lots of pretend play.

One-time admission is $9 for kids ages 1 to 10, weekdays. That admits one child and allows up to two adults for free. Children younger than 1 and older than 10 can be admitted on a sibling's pass for free.

Saturday day passes, which are available by reservation only, are $11, which admits one child and allows up to two adults in for free.

More information is on the Playhouse Museum's website. And stay tuned to Go Ask Mom for more details about the family behind this new space.

It's at 1520 Broad St., Fuquay-Varina.
