NC State Fair 2018 tickets on sale now

If you're ready for new rides, fried food, beer and shows, N.C. State Fair tickets are available now. Though the fair kicks off this fall, tickets went on sale Wednesday.

N.C. — If you're ready for new rides, fried food, beer and shows, N.C. State Fair tickets are available now. Though the fair kicks off this fall, tickets went on sale Wednesday.

The fair will have five new entertainment features on the fair grounds like the Canine Stars sports dog show featuring flyball racing, high jumping and dock diving.

Until October 11, tickets are available online for a discounted price. Packages for groups and families are also available.

Customers can purchase a Dizzy Pass for $31. These passes include one FastTrack admission ticket and one unlimited ride wristband valid for one day.
New rides, vendors and foods are expected to come to the N.C. State Fair this year, but have yet to be released to the public.

The fair is improving their parking options this year offering free, expanded parking and a free shuttle on the corner of Edwards Mill Road and Reedy Creek Trail. Shuttles will run continuously every 15 minutes. While waiting, the N.C. State Fair will provide a covered waiting area, portable restrooms and drink machines.

If you are planning to go to the fair with your family, the fair is offering the Casey's Family 4-Pack for $50 available until October 11. This package includes four FastTrack admissions tickets, two ride sheets and a special plush doll.
