RALEIGH, N.C. — Marbles Kids Museum is getting into the holiday and winter spirit with its Winter Wonder Weeks through Jan. 3.

The museum will offer themed crafts and special activities inside the museum, along with a wintry photo opportunity outside, to celebrate the season. It's free with tickets, which are $9 per person and free for museum member.

Just remember that you must have a timed-entry ticket before you get to Marbles for entry into the museum. Also, masks are required inside the museum. You can purchase timed tickets on Marbles' website.

Marbles is open 10 a.m . to 5 p.m., Wednesday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday (but it's only open to members from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., weekends). Admissions is 50% off from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday through Friday.

The downtown Raleigh museum also will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Dec. 21 and Dec. 22, for special holiday hours. And it prepping for a virtual Evening with Elves.
