Like every other museum around here, Kidzu Children's Museum is closed to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and keep staff and visitors safe and healthy.

But to help parent who are looking for ways to keep their kids engaged, it launched late last week the Kidzu@Home page with links to dozens of arts, crafts, stortytimes and STEAM activities to keep kids busy.

They include art projects like how to make homemade paint, sun catchers and egg carton flowers to science activities like fun foamy reaction and secret messages to a self-guided adventure about bees.

A recent virtual storytime has featured Leo Lionni's "A Color of His Own."

It's all found at the Kidzu@Home page. More activities will be posted on the museum's Facebook page.
