HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. — The Kids Obstacle Challenge is coming to Holly Springs' Sugg Farm in June.
The event is part of a national series of obstacle challenges for kids ages 5 to 16, who will race through 13 to 15 "fun and challenging" obstacles and mud, according to the Facebook event page.

"Our mission is to inspire and challenge kids, and forge family bonds, through obstacles and adventure," the Facebook page says. "We are committed to helping foster a more active, adventurous, and perseverant younger generation."

It runs June 8 and June 9 at Sugg Farm, 2401 Grigsby Ave., Holly Springs.

You can purchase tickets for the Family Wave, for kids ages 5 to 16, including their parents or guardians, or the Competitive Wave for kids ages 10 to 16 only.

A presale runs through March 17 (or until the tickets sell out). Tickets cost $36 for the Family Wave and $43 for the Competitive Wave. Prices will go up to $44 for the Family Wave and $51 for the Competitive Wave on March 18. (Parents run in the Family Waves for free.)

Sugg Farm is becoming a destination, of sorts, for these kinds of races. It will host the Great Inflatable Race on May 4.
