I'm excited to be teaming up with Marbles Kids Museum again for another Kid Critic Challenge! The challenges involve kids watching a new documentary at Marbles' IMAX theater and writing a review of it for a chance to win prizes and be featured here on Go Ask Mom!

This time, kids will be screening "Humpback Whales 3D." The movie, according to Marbles' website, is "an extraordinary journey into the mysterious world of one of nature's most awe-inspiring marine mammals. Humpback Whales takes audiences to Alaska, Hawaii and the Kingdom of Tonga for an immersive look at how these whales communicate, sing, feed, play and take care of their young."

Kids in second to eighth grade are invited to attend a private kids' "press" screening at 2:15 p.m., Sunday, at Marbles' theater. Then, they are asked to write a short review of no more than 150 words. Three winners from each age group – grades 2 through 3, grades 4 through 5 and grades 6 through 8 – will be chosen. Reviews must be submitted by April 1.

Space is limited for the screening and pre-registration is required. Adults must attend the screening with their kids. Marbles' website has details about the event and how to register.

I hope to see you there!
