A few years ago, Keren Benmoshe, a mom of two, felt like there needed to be a place where new moms could take their babies to work out and to get together with other moms who were at the same stage in life.

So she opened the Itsy Bitsy Baby Spa in Cary. The spa features a small store with natural and organic products for moms and babies, along with classes and programs for moms-to-be and new moms with infants to toddlers such as mommy and me yoga programs, prenatal yoga and sign language classes. Programs are held weekdays and Saturday.

The Itsy Bitsy Baby Spa also is home to one of the region's Breastfeeding Cafes on Fridays. The cafes, run by La Leche League volunteers, offer support and advice for nursing moms. You'll see more on that in a couple of weeks.

Check out the Itsy Bitsy Baby Spa in my video interview with Keren. And go to Itsy Bitsy's website for more on its class schedule and programs (which might just make a great gift for a new mom or mom-to-be in your life).
