WELL, IT YOU KNOW, WE WANTED TO DO A GOOD ONE TO MARRY. WE WERE GOING TO DO A BLOODIED MARY BAR BEFORE COVID. BUT THAT KIND OF PUT A HALT TO THINGS. SO OUR BARTENDER SAID WE'LL JUST DO GRILLED CHEESE AND BACON AND ADD SHRIMP. >> ARE BARTENDER. JOSH SAID, WHY DON'T WE HAD A LOBSTER TAIL? AND MY HUSBAND SAID THAT'S CRAZY. NOBODY WILL EVER BUY ONE OF THOSE. AND THAT WEEKEND WE SOLD OUT OF LOBSTER TAILS AND A CUSTOMER CAME IN AND WANTED ONE AND WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY LOBSTER TO PUT IT. SO OUR BARTENDER, COURTNEY, SO WE COULD DO CRAB LEGS AND IT JUST BLEW UP FROM THERE. AND NOW WE AT STAKE AND WE'VE HAD PEOPLE AD CHEESE STEAKS AND CHEESEBURGERS AND CHICKEN IT'S GOTTEN IT'S CRAZY. IT'S A LOT OF FUN. >> SO IT'S BEEN AN EVOLUTION. WE KIND OF HAD TO FIGURE THINGS OUT. NOBODY'S DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS. AND THERE'S NO LIKE MANUAL ON HOW TO DO WE'VE ACTUALLY HAD TO REDESIGN OUR BAR AROUND THE CONSTRUCTION OF THESE. >> THAT'S A FULL POUND OF ALASKAN SNOW CRAB LEGS, MAINE LOBSTER TAIL A 6 OUNCE. FILL HIM IN ON GRILLED CHEESE OYSTERS, SHRIMP, BACON. AND THEN VEGGIES. >> AND THEN AFTER THAT, LIKE THE OPTIONS ARE AND WHAT YOU CAN ADD, WHATEVER YOU PRETTY MUCH. WELL, THIS IS ACTUALLY MY FAVORITE PART ON AS A GUEST ARE SITTING THERE. THEY CV ASSEMBLING IT. IT'S KIND OF TO ME IT'S NOT AS PRETTY AS THE SIDE. SO I TURN IT AROUND. THAT'S WHEN YOU GET THAT DRAMATIC REACTION. >> AND THEN THAT'S WHEN ALL THE CAMERAS ARE SNAPPING AWAY AND TAKING PICTURES OF IT AND GO INTO SOCIAL MEDIA. SO WHAT ELSE IS ON THE MENU BESIDES THE COCKTAILS WERE PRETTY WELL-KNOWN FOR OUR CRAFT THEY HAVE NO FILLER. IT'S BASICALLY JUST SOME EGG HOLDING IT TOGETHER. A LOT OF LOT OF CRAB. >> WE'VE GOT PEEL N EAT SHRIMP CRAB LEGS ARE SHRIMP AND GRITS. WE HAVE A LOBSTER SCALLOPS PASTA, BUT I THINK REALLY WE WANT PEOPLE TO COME IN AND FEEL LIKE THEY'VE ESCAPED FOR AN HOUR. I'm meteorologist, Kat Campbell in the wr a severe weather center here with a more in depth. Look at your weekend rain chances a lot of questions given that it's trending toward a pretty unsettled weekend. The good news I have for you is it's not a washout. A washout would mean that it would rain all day long. We're not expecting that this is going to be more in waves of rain that we see. The better rain chances are likely to come later in the day. But check in on the radar if you're about to head out into an event, I encourage you. Open up the wr weather app, check in on the dual Doppler 5000 radar before you head out and about. And because there are periods of rain, likely each day, you are going to want to have an indoor backup plan available in case that rain lines up with your outdoor plans. We finally got in some high resolution model data for Saturday. So I want to talk a little bit more about the rain timeline for Saturday, 79 the high Sunday. It's only 70 both days. We could see some storms around as we look hour by hour at our rain chances though, it's about a 30% chance Saturday morning. We should see that round move out pretty quickly though. And then later in the afternoon into the evening, that's when rain chances begin to climb again. Here's a closer look at that high resolution future cast during the day, Friday were dry as we get into Friday. Late afternoon into the evening, we could see a couple of showers and storms may even be between about nine pm and midnight that we have the best chance for rain though on Friday, as we look ahead to Saturday morning, some of that round of rain is still around early on. We should see that kind of move out. But with this warm across the area that could trigger a few showers and storms to develop pretty much all throughout the day because we have that front nearby. We should see a band of some showers move through at some point during the afternoon and evening. So try to make the most of the dry weather while you can. Here's a closer look at your playground planner for Friday. It's dry during the first part of the day. Only a 30% chance of a shower storm at two o'clock as we get toward four or 56 o'clock. That's when I think we have a better chance of an isolated storm. But keep in mind it's be pretty isolated Friday. Night is a better chance of rain and storms. And then Saturday night as well, we could see some lingering rain into Sunday. So if you are headed to the Bembe Cultural Arts Festival on Saturday, just try to get there early. The earlier you get there, the drier, it's likely to be your seven day forecast. Unsettled for the weekend. We do see quite a bit of cloud cover lingering on Monday. It's a bit cooler with highs. Only in the mid seventies. The eighties are back next week and by the middle and end of the week, we should be right back in the mid to upper eighties.
