RALEIGH, N.C. — Rock band Greta Van Fleet has postponed its Raleigh concert this week after lead singer Josh Kiszka ruptured his eardrum.

Kiszka made the announcement Monday afternoon on social media, noting that his eardrum was ruptured during a show in Bangor, Maine.

"Upon further evaluation, I have just been advised it needs more time to fully heal than initially anticipated," Kiszka wrote.

The postponements affect shows in Raleigh, Greenville and Jacksonville. Ticket holders will be able to get refunds through their point of purchase or use their tickets for the rescheduled date, Kiszka wrote. A new date has not been announced.

Kiszka is in the band with his twin brother Jake Kiszka, younger brother Sam, and Kyle Hauck.
