Fit4Mom adds programs for expecting, working moms
Fit4Mom is offering some new programs this fall, designed to reach expectant moms and working moms with programs and classes that fit their schedules.

Fit4Mom is offering some new programs this fall, designed to reach expectant moms and working moms with programs and classes that fit their schedules.
Here's what's on the schedule:
A new stroller-friendly 5K training program starts Oct. 18 and culminates in the Jingle Bell 5K. Runs are planned on weekdays and weekends. Registration is open. An information session is scheduled for Oct. 11. The cost is $75.
Fit4Mom-Midtown Raleigh also has added Saturday classes for its Fit4Baby Prenatal class. The classes are at 9:30 a.m., Saturdays, at the N.C. Museum of Art.
