Leaders hope to raise $20,000 to pay for much needed enhancements to the outdoor play area at the McGovern-Davison Children's Health Clinic so it's a more useful, interactive and healing space for patients and their families.
The money would pay for landscaping; play elements such as a basketball court, sandbox, balls and activity walls; signs; and shade structures.
