Two Roosters Ice Cream at the N.C. State Fair

Every time I go to a food truck rodeo, which is more than some, I believe, I love seeing the fun, quirky vehicles of the dessert food trucks. Here are four of my favorites, as pictured at the Durham Food Truck Rodeo on Father's Day.

The Parlour
It's an ice cream bus or, as The Parlour calls it, a mobile scoop shop. The Parlour serves up flavors such as salty malty vanilla and Vietnamese coffee from its shop in downtown Durham and this awesome bus all over the place.

LocoPops
A longtime favorite ice pop for my family, LocoPops travels all over serving up frozen treats from its "LocoBus." My favorite: the Mexican Chocolate pop.

Two Roosters
With flavors such as pecan sticky bun and Moravian sugar cookie, Two Roosters is so popular, it's opening up a north Raleigh location. But, you also can order your scoops from this sweet vintage camper.

Sweet Water New York Ice Co.
I was never much of an Italian ice fan until I tried Sweet Water's a couple of years ago. So smooth. So tasty. So refreshing! Plus, you get to order it from this retro-cart from a super nice guy wearing a bow tie. Let me recommend a scoop each of the lemon and raspberry.
