Consignment sales in Cary, Wake Forest this week

The First United Methodist Church of Cary's consignment sale is open to the public Friday evening and Saturday morning. You can shop the sale from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday with the donation of $5 to a local family in need. It's free to shop the sale Saturday morning. Hours are 8 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. and 10 a.m. to noon (when some items are half off). The church is at 117 S. Academy St. in Cary.

And the Kidaround Kidsale is open to the public from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday; and noon to 5 p.m., Sunday (when some items are discounted). The sale is located at The Factory, 1839 S. Main St., in Wake Forest.
