It was a busy week and weekend for consignment sale shoppers last week. But the season is hardly over.

Kidcycle's Dollar Day is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at University Mall in Chapel Hill. Everything left from the sale, which ran Friday through Sunday, is sold for $1. All of the proceeds from Dollar Day will go to support Families in Focus of Orange County. Families in Focus is a voluntary home visitor program for expectant and new parents in Orange County.
And The Friendship Closet at Apex United Methodist Church is 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday. Select merchandise will be marked down 50 percent on Saturday. The sale, run by a woman's circle at Apex United, also uses the sale to raise money for local charities.
The consignment sale season continues into the fall. See the full list on the Go Ask Mom consignment sale database.
