Carousel birthday parties, storytimes planned at Northgate Mall
Northgate Mall's popular carousel and some of its other kiddie rides are now under new management, which is offering birthday party packages and storytimes at the Durham mall.

How about a birthday part at the mall?
Bull City Inflatables, a family-owned and operated party and event planner, will now run the Island Carousel, along with the Animal Riders, which are motorized animal rides, and bounce house. Party packages include rides on those play pieces, along with customized games and activities.
Themed parties are available for groups up to 40 and feature a private party room with attendant. Packages start at $155 and include unlimited rides on the carousel.
Bull City Inflatables also will be offering a free carousel ride and storytime at noon on the first Tuesday of each month. There will be a carousel-related storytime in suite 216, followed by a free ride on the carousel. The business also will offer special discounts for anybody who reserves a birthday party on that day.
