Back to School: Tips for grade schoolers

The first day of school is almost here. And N.C. Parent Consultants, made up of former parent counselors at Wake County's Project Enlightenment, will be with us this week and next offering tips for everybody from preschoolers to high schoolers.
Today it's grade schoolers. Michelle Chachkes, a licensed clinical social worker, talks about end of grade testing, the importance of downtime and, what is becoming a theme in this series, routine. Check the video for more.
