RODANTHE, N.C. — Here's a piece of news for Nicholas Sparks fans. The towering beach house where the film "Nights in Rodanthe" takes place is on the market.

Located at 23289 Beacon Road in the Outer Banks town of Rodanthe, the beach house features six bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and is 2,933 square feet.

"Nights in Rodanthe" was released in 2008 and stars Richard Gere and Diane Lane. Like most Nicholas Sparks' books, the story takes place in North Carolina.
