FUQUAY-VARINA, N.C. — The Wake County Sheriff’s Office and the Fuquay-Varina Police Department are investigating a stabbing in Fuquay-Varina.

Authorities arrived on the scene, on Mims Road, around 3 a.m. Friday.

A home was surrounded in caution tape Friday morning.
