Shooting reported in Fayetteville
One person was hospitalized and another is in custody after a shooting on Trotwood Drive Thursday evening.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — One person was hospitalized and another is in custody after a shooting Thursday evening.
A 58-year-old man was shot in the chest on the 800 block of Trotwood Drive. The victim is listed in stable but critical condition at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, police said.
Investigators have a person of interest in custody and also recovered a handgun.
