Raleigh police seek to ID woman in hotel robbery
Raleigh police asked for the public's help Thursday to identify a woman who robbed the Red Roof Inn on April 10.
Posted — UpdatedThe woman entered the lobby of the hotel at 1813 S. Saunders St. around 10 a.m., police said. She gave the clerk a note demanding money and, once she had cash, fled on foot.
She is described as black, in her 20s or 30s, with a light complexion. She is 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She was wearing large sunglasses and a black jacket with a white, horizontal stripe on the front and carrying a tan and white purse.
