Suspect sought after victim shot in SE Raleigh
Raleigh police were searching for clues after a shooting was reported Sunday afternoon, authorities said.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Police were searching for the person who opened fire Sunday afternoon in southeast Raleigh, leaving one person hurt, authorities said.
The incident occurred about 3 p.m. at Milburnie Road Apartments, located at 901 Sawpit Drive.
The victim sought treatment at WakeMed, and was said to be suffering from a non-life-threatening injury.
The condition and identity of the person was not immediately disclosed.
Police said they were looking for the shooter. It was not clear if the victim knew the person or what prompted the gunfire.
