RALEIGH — There was an unusual road block in Raleigh Sunday -- unusual in its origin and astonishing that no one was hurt.
A tree snapped and fell across Western Boulevard at the intersection with Pineland Circle.
A car was damaged and powerlines were snagged.
No one was hurt, but power was knocked out in the area.
