RALEIGH — The Raleigh Police Department is hoping to curb crime in the southwestern part of the city.
A building has been constructed in a busy shopping center to house a new substation.
Later this week, the office, located in the Food Lion Shopping Center, will be staffed with officers who will bring another level of security to the area.
